We have a ton of gear through our office year in and year out. From now on Rob will be our first contact when anything needs service and/or repair. The pro audio world would be a much better place if we could clone Rob so as to have the best tech do every repair. Nevertheless, if we have something in need of servicing and Pro Audio World handles the type of repair and brand in question, the equipment is going to Rob. It's a no-brainer!
