By clicking the Service/Modification Terms checkbox I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Neither World Pro Audio nor Robert Harvey carry insurance for items left at World Pro Audio for repair.  I  hold World Pro Audio and Robert Harvey harmless for damage or theft of items left at World Pro Audio.
    

2. In the case of disputes over charges or quaility of goods and services I agree to seek redress through arbitration and not via civil lawsuit.
    

3. There are no implied guarantees other than those stated in World Pro Audio Guarantee.
    

4. Equipment not picked up by customer (repaired/modified or not) can be auctioned and charges recovered after 60 days.
    

5. When payment terms are “Payment upon presentation of invoice” I understand that payment must be made in 48 hrs
