Complaints must be received within 15 days. Repaired and/or Refurbed equipment must be returned to World Pro Audio for evaluation. To initiate a return, first send an email or place a call describing problem. If problem can’t be fixed easily with with a little advice (like changing a fuse, etc) then customer is requested to log in to his/her account and click the return button in the Order History. After receiving Return Request an RMA number will be issued. If shipping equipment to World Pro Audio you must first receive Return Authorization.
Defective or Damaged products can be exchanged for good working units. The exchange period is limited to15 Days, but in some cases the exchange period can be extended. To be eligible for a exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. (Don’t hesitate to call, anything can usually be worked out at World Pro Audio)

I some rare cases refund may be allowed. To initiate a return-for-refund, first send an email or place a call describing problem and reason for refund request. If the matter can’t be worked out the customer is requested to log in to his/her account and click the return button in the Order History. Specify refund and reasons for said in the details field. After receiving Return Request an RMA number will be issued. Customer will be notified upon receipt of returned product. We will also notify you of the status, such as return approved or other.
In the case of non-receipt of product, Customer need not initiate a Return Request. Simply contact World Pro Audio by phone or email and the matter will be looked into….sometimes lost shipments are found by the carrier. Refund will be approved in the case of never received, never found shipments.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return shipping of defective or damaged goods, or repaired/refurbed equipment will be paid by World Pro Audio by issuing a return shipping label via email. Return Shpping of products or repairs for other reasons may have to be paid by Customer.
