WPA Super Test Bench

The Super Test Bench is at the heart of pro audio repair at World Pro Audio.  All necessary repair equipment and tools are within arm’s reach making repairs go as fast as possible. Equipment at hand consists of:

9. 4 variable power supplies with voltage and current draw readout

11. Tape tension meter (Tentelometer)

13. Tape head alignment blocks (flat to 0.0001 inch)
14. Spring tension gauges
15. Rotational accuracy gauge
16. Soldering iron
17. Desoldering iron with good vacuum suction
18. Lots of hand tools
19. illuminated magnifier
20. Heat gun
21. Air compressor
22. Ultrasonic bath
23. Isopropyl alcohol, contact cleaner, contact lubricant, bearing lubricants
24. Large collection of digitized schematics can be quickly accessed and displayed on screen

A significant selection and stock of spare components are on hand: vacuum tubes, transistors, integrated circuits, capacitors and resistors, switches, potentiometers, connectors, bearings, switch caps, knobs, power cords, audio wire.
